Sean Binnie
Sean will always be my hero, he loved his job and knowing he was helping others.
Sean was a lovely man and he loved his family, friends service pals.
This fund is a tribute to my husband Sean. He served as a Corporal in the Black Watch 3rd Battalion. Sean joined the Army in 2003. He joined his battalion in Warminster and saw action in Belfast, Iraq and the Falkland Islands.
He passed a Section Commanders Battle Course in 2008 and took command of his section in March 2009. Sean was just 22 when he lost his life serving in Afghanistan. I miss Sean terribly, as do all his friends and family, but i know he was doing the job he truly loved.
This Tribute Fund is to honour his bravery and keep his memory alive. I invite all Sean's family and friends to contribute their memories, thoughts and photos, even videos, to show everyone what an amazing person he was to all of us and how much we miss him. Any funds or donations made in Seans memory i have requested to go straight to The Royal British Legions Battle Back Fund.
This fund helps those who have been severely injured in Afghanistan and need specialist care and rehabilitation. Thank you so much for your contributions to Sean's pages x
