Bryan J A Forster

Bryan was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and godfather.
He would do whatever it took to be there for us.
Bryan served in both the RAF and MOD as a Police Officer for most of his life.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and godfather.
He would do whatever it took to be there for family and friends.
He spent many hours walking our much loved dog, Bodie, and was devastated when we lost him last year.
I will always remember the times Bryan made me laugh with his dry sense of humour, asking me to marry him after our first son was born (we were already married), declaring in a loud voice that “you’re not my wife” when the hospital ward lights came on when visiting me.
The funny quips he unexpectedly came out with at the most unusual times.
The times between leaving the RAF and joining the MOD Police when he worked at whatever he could to provide for and look after his family. This is who he was.
Bryan lived his life to the full as much as he could, he loved the time he would spend with his friends, racing around the highlands and islands of Scotland in the first ever RIB race, circumnavigating around Ireland in a RIB to set a record, touring around Europe on his bike with his friends, and latterly, shooting at both indoor and outdoor ranges with “the gang”.
We spent many happy times in our motorhome travelling the country, and visiting family and spending time with our friends.
All of these things helped him deal with the hard times and unpleasant incidents of his job.
He was a much loved and respected man by all his family and friends and he will be missed forever and a day.
