In Memory Of Bill Knott
Bill was a quiet, thoughtful and considerate man - loving to his family and loyal to his friends.
Husband to Lynn, loving father to SJ, grandad to Jessica and Chloe, Bill was a kind considerate man who loved spending time with his family and friends, reading his paper and listening to his music!
He loved the seaside, where he has lived since 2003, and travelling whether by boat, plane or caravan. Along with his wife and family he has travelled far and wide including America, Australia, New Zealand, Holland and most of the UK.
In his 24 years in the RAF he was stationed in a number of places including the Shetland Isles, Maldives, Yeoman, Falkland Islands, RAF Swinderby, RAF Stanmore and RAF Cranwell (his last posting).
He had a role in logistics and his career highlights include working with the Red Arrows and broadcasting on RAF Radio where he met his wife Lynn.
