Roger was a loving Dad, Granddad, Son and Brother, who despite struggling with various illnesses lived a very full life. He was a fanatical crossword and puzzle solver, widely read and enjoyed watching Miyazaki animations with his Granddaughter. He was at his best when learning something new or passing knowledge on to others. His sense of humour was irreverent and laugh infectious. Roger's family chose the British Legion as his memorial charity because he died on Armistice Day 2010.     Celebrate an anniversary by doing something special – raising money in a loved-one's name. it could be your wedding anniversary, a special day for your loved one or another memorable occasion. Make the day extra special and significant by asking friends and family to help you remember and celebrate your loved one. You can create a page for the day and add messages and pictures for others to view. They can donate online through your page and the total raised by your Sub Fund will be added to the main Never Forget Fund you've chosen to support.

    A sponsored event is a great way to raise money for a Never Forget Fund. And creating a Sub Fund could make organising the event and your supporters so much easier. Whether you want to organise a coffee morning or a trek across the Himalayas, your Sub Fund page can advertise your event to friends and family wherever they are. They can support your event by donating online through your page and the total raised by your event will be added to the main Never Forget Fund you've chosen to support.

  • For a special occasion

    If there's a special day coming up, you could mark it by helping to raise money in your loved one's memory.
